Sarah Jackson
DNP, FNP-C, APRN

Dr. Jackson works closely with her patients to help them achieve the best quality of life. She is an advocate of patient education and empowers patients to be proactive in their healthcare.

Dr. Jackson has been in the medical field since 2000. She works closely with her patients to help them achieve the best quality of life possible.  She is a strong advocate of patient education, and empowers patients to be proactive in their healthcare and to live healthier lifestyles.

Dr. Jackson is passionate about Integrative Medicine, and has expertise in several areas including diabetes care, thyroid management, weight management, epigenetics, and bioidentical hormone replacement. Dr. Jackson graduated summa cum laude from both Texas Tech University, where she completed her undergraduate education, and from the University of South Alabama, where she completed her graduate education.

Kathleen Szelei-Stevens, MD

Dr. Szelei-Stevens earned her BA degrees in engineering and biology at the University of New Orleans and earned her medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine.

Dr. Szelei-Stevens was born and raised in New Orleans, Louisiana.  She earned Bachelor of Science degrees in engineering and biology at the University of New Orleans and earned her medical degree at Louisiana State University School of Medicine.

After completing an internship in Family Medicine at LSU in New Orleans, she and her family moved to Houston.  She continued her medical training in Clinical Pathology at the University of Texas at Houston and finished a fellowship at MD Anderson Cancer Center in Transfusion Medicine.

Dr. Szelei-Stevens takes an integrative approach to patient care, customizing prevention and treatment plans to the individual patient based upon anecdotal family history and genetic susceptibility to chronic conditions.  She is in the process of completing a fellowship in Integrative Medicine through the University of Arizona.  She enjoys spending time getting to know her patients and forming long-lasting patient-provider relationships.

She is licensed by the Texas State Board of Medical Examiners and is Board Certified by the American Board of Pathology.  When she is not caring for her patients, she enjoys running, swimming, reading, and spending time with family and friends.

Christy Beyer, MD
FACOG, NCMP

Dr. Christy Beyer received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She then completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from The Ohio State University in 2003.

Prior to joining Natural Bio Health, Dr. Christy Beyer received her medical degree from the Medical College of Wisconsin. She subsequently completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology from The Ohio State University in 2003.

After completing her training she moved to Chicago and joined a private practice group at Northwestern. In 2012 she pursued gynecology only with Gynecologic Specialists of Northwestern.  She then became a certified menopause practitioner (NCMP) with the North American Menopause Society ( NAMS).  Her group subsequently joined University of Chicago and became UChicago Medicine Women’s Health – Streeterville.

In 2018 she moved to Texas and joined the Natural Bio Health team.  She is dedicated to contributing her past experience in medicine to optimize her patient’s hormone health, comprehensive health and well being to sustain a long and healthy quality of life.

Evie Conard
PA-C

Evie earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of California Santa Barbara where she was also a collegiate NCAA Division 1 athlete.
She holds a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Samuel Merritt University and graduated in December 2014. She’s received her national certification in early 2015 and has been practicing medicine as a certified Physician Assistant for the better part of a decade with a background in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Primary Care, Internal Medicine, and Interventional Radiology.

Kerri Thigpen
MS, APRN, ANP-C

Kerri is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994. 

Kerri is an Adult Nurse Practitioner who is board certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994.  She began her career as an emergency room RN and worked in that arena for many years.  She received a Master of Science in Adult Health from Texas Woman’s University in 2002.  Her previous experience before joining NBH includes primary care and men’s health. Kerri holds a certification in Functional Medicine from the School of Applied Functional Medicine. She has a passion for functional medicine and the ability to integrate her knowledge in traditional medicine with that of functional medicine in order to meet a patient’s individual and personal needs. Kerri enjoys helping patients achieve their health goals and working collaboratively with each individual to develop a plan to achieve their best possible state of health and happiness.  She enjoys working out, fostering/ volunteering with dog rescue, plant-based cooking, travel and spending time with her husband and teenage daughter.

Amy Britton
MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Amy has actively provided health care since 1995, always with an interest in nutrition, wellness, disease prevention, and longevity. Much of her career has concentrated on the specialties of women’s health, weight management, and cardiovascular disease, with additional experience ranging from dermatology, endocrinology, urology, and more.
Her mission is to empower others to thrive by incorporating a holistic approach to sustainable total mind/body health and wellness. Amy earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Baylor University, her Master of Science in Women’s Health/Midwifery degree from Case Western Reserve University, and her post-master’s certificate from the Family Nurse Practitioner program at the University of Texas Health Science Center-Houston. She has additional training in Health Coaching from Emory University. Recently, Amy completed a year-long clinical fellowship with Wild Health, learning the application of precision genomic-based healthcare. Highly sought out for her knowledge and expertise in nutrition, supplementation, and behavioral modification, her weight loss clinic clients have benefited from her decades of experience. When not helping clients or reading research papers, Amy enjoys stand up paddle boarding, hiking, escape rooms, geocaching, and live theater with her son and husband.
