Don’t ruin your holiday travel, party, or family time by getting sick?

When you travel, attend parties, have family reunions, or just shop during the holidays, you are exposing yourself and your family to many viruses, toxins and bacteria. Don’t ruin the holidays by getting sick. (1) Take a quality daily probiotic. 65% to 70% of your immune system is in your gut. Keeping the gut healthy will go a long way to making you and your children less susceptible to germs.

(2) B12. Either inject B12 every 4 to 5 days during the high risk time period or take a methyl form of sublingual B12 every day. (3) Take Zinc tablets each day. Zinc is a trace mineral essential for protein synthesis, normal wound healing, immune function and many other basic cellular functions. Recommended: Take 1 to 2 Zinc tablets each day. 20 mg to 40 mg. 

(4) NBHZyme (Protease). Every animal, including humans, must have an adequate source of protein in order to grow or maintain itself. If proteins are not properly broken down before they are absorbed, they will not yield essential amino acids.

Enzyme deficient people are immune compromised, making them susceptible to bacterial, viral and yeast infections and a general decrease in immunity.
