With this Meal Plan you get:

1 NBH Lifetime Health Meal Plans instructional booklet

14 Entrees (14 Servings) – 4 Pasta Fagioli, 4 Vegetable Stew w/ Beef, 3 Turkey Chili w/ Beans, 3 Spaghetti w/ Meatballs*

2 Boxes of Drinks (14 Servings) – 1 Chocolate Drink Protein Box and 1 Variety Fruit Drink Box*

2 Boxes of Protein Bars (14 Servings) – 1 Caramel Nut and 1 Caramel Crunch Box*

2 Boxes of Soup (14 Servings) – 1 Tomato Soup Box and 1 Chicken Soup Box*

*Substitutions may be made in order to accommodate order in a timely fashion. If substitutions need to be made, you will be contacted before order is shipped.

Getting Started:

Once you’ve purchased one of our delicious meal plans you’ll just need to follow some guidelines:

1. You must eat 3 meals a day. Breakfast, lunch and dinner.

2. Vegetables should be fresh or frozen. Eat at least 2 cups a day.

3. Decaffeinated coffee and tea should be sugar-free and limited to 5 cups per day – optional.

4. Drink eight 8 oz. glasses of water per day to meet normal fluid requirements – required.

5. It’s recommended that you take the following supplements while on the meal plans:
– Natural Multi-Vitamin/Multi-Mineral
– Vitamin D3
– Marine Fish Oil
– 5-HTP or Chromemate if you have cravings
– MCT Oil
– Natural Thyroid Booster (per doctor recommendation)
– 1 table spoon of Olive Oil

6. Exercise Daily – 20 minutes of brisk walking is recommended8. “An apple a day keeps the doctor away.” 2-3 Servings of fruit, daily.
