Many of our clients (men and women) are using Human Growth Hormone (HGH) for its many benefits including the following:
The problem? The price of HGH is high ($$$). So what can be done?
Sermorelin. The benefits of HGH without the high price (less than 1/3 the cost of HGH).
Many of our clients are now using Sermorelin (GHRH). What is it? Sermorelin is a biological active analog of growth hormone releasing hormone (GHRH) or factor (GRF 1-44) that is naturally produced by the brain to simulate pituitary production and secretion of HGH.
The natural brain hormone contains 44 amino acids. Sermorelin consists of the first 29 amino acids of GRF, which are the ones responsible for its pituitary stimulating activity. Thus, it is designated GRF 1-29NH 2. It increases the body’s natural production of Growth Hormone (GH).
Like HGH, it increases IGF-1.
Advantages besides cost savings: Since Sermorelin stimulates the pituitary gland to produce and secrete its own HGH, side effects associated with overdosing of this hormone are significantly reduced. Further, there are no legal limitations on its off label use. Further, it does not need to be refrigerated and does not have the legal limitations on its off label use like HGH.
How do you use Sermorelin? Like HGH, it is injected using a very small insulin needle. A pen like device permits nightly injections with a few clicks. It is painless.
Generally, after 3-6 months of therapy, most users will experienced significant body changes such as increase in muscle tone, a leaner physique, better sleep quality and improved skin tone.
We have found that the combination of Sermorelin with testosterone makes the changes more pronounced. These benefits are the same for both women and men. The changes in body composition (less body fat, more lean muscle) are of course, enhanced with consistent resistant training.
One other possible advantage of Sermorelin. Although we are not sure about this, sermorelin may have an ongoing effect in which optimal HGH levels can be sustained long after the last injection. Like synthetic HGH, Sermorelin must be injected every day for the first 6 months. However, unlike synthetic HGH, some advocate that sermorelin injection frequencies can be decreased or stopped altogether once optimal levels are obtained.
More likely, patients would be switched to a maintenance protocol eliminating the need for daily injections.
