If you cheat on the Prescription Hormones diet, you typically are not going to lose weight that week maybe or definitely for the next two or three days. We do have people that once in a while, they just kind of deviate from the diet. The problem is that the diet’s a very strict protocol. It’s very liberal, you have a lot of choices but if you don’t follow the diet then you’re going to probably get ketoacidosis.
You can eat too little, you can eat too much. So we recommend you stay on the diet but worse case is probably if you cheat one day, you’re probably going to lose a good two to three days of the diet.
